Possible Chaplain Candidate?
So, today was a day of firsts. It was the first day I began my actual application process with the Air Force. Up until today (as in Monday the 7th) I had begun the process with the EFCA but had been having a difficult time getting in touch with the proper person for the chaplaincy.
Here's the deal though... I've got to drop some poundage. Aargh, about 25 or so. I have to make weight and pass my physical. The other piece of this is that I have to be approved for the application process in regards to having had my thyroid removed. So, we'll see what happens. One step at a time.
The other first today was Kyla's first movie experience or as she says, we went to the Theatre (pronounced by Kyla Thee-ay'-tur). She was pretty funny and seemed to have a good time. We went to see Over the Hedge.
Well, I guess that's all for now.
